6. Review and Prohibited Content All images or content posted must comply with our quality policy. We will not accept any photographs that include visible contact information, links, superimposed text, or inappropriate visuals. We reserve the right to edit or remove any non-compliant content.
7. Payment and Right of Withdrawal The services presented online may include optional services that can be booked. Payments are secure and managed by third-party providers. No right of withdrawal applies once a service or digital access has been provided.
8. Refund Policy Refunds may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis within 72 hours, but only in the event of a clear error or a fraudulent transaction.

14. Loyalty Program Studio Prestige offers a free loyalty program, open to customers who voluntarily enroll (via online order, customer account, or in-store). This is a digital membership program with no physical card; the QR code associated with the customer account serves solely as an identifier. Each appointment attended entitles the customer to one stamp: an appointment is considered attended when the service has been actually provided and paid for. Canceled, missed, or unpaid appointments are not counted, and any stamp temporarily credited at the time of booking is removed if the appointment is not attended. Visits recorded as “guest” do not entitle the customer to any benefits. Rewards are granted at thresholds of 7 and 15 completed appointments per cycle, with the type of reward depending on the total amount paid for services during the cycle; after the 15th appointment, a new cycle begins. Rewards are personal, non-transferable, non-convertible to cash, and redeemable at participating salons (Studio Prestige and XoXo Girls). The personal referral code is subject to the limits published on the loyalty page; any misuse will result in the cancellation of benefits. Studio Prestige may modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time; benefits already earned will remain valid for a reasonable period.
15. Changes to the Terms of Use Studio Prestige may modify these terms at any time. Users are encouraged to review them regularly.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction Swiss law shall apply. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Canton of Geneva.
